Rapid Hard-Roof Cutting Application in Mining
Under traditional hard-roof conditions, roof cutting is often constrained by high roof strength, limited controllability, and elevated construction risks, resulting in low cutting efficiency and unreliable roof control.
To overcome these limitations, a rapid hard-roof cutting and stress-relief scheme with dedicated equipment is developed, enabling efficient cutting, reliable roof control, and stable, safe, and high-efficiency roadway excavation.
The proposed scheme integrates optimized process-parameter organization, streamlined construction procedures, and systematic risk-control measures, and has been successfully applied in multiple mining operations, demonstrating strong adaptability and engineering reliability under complex hard-roof conditions.
