Traditional core logging relies on manual observation, resulting in high labor costs, slow batch processing, and poor data consistency, which block timely linkage to production workflows.
We provide an end-to-end AI system solution in which custom hardware captures high-resolution core images that are subsequently corrected and analyzed using dedicated lithology-classification and fracture-detection models.
The system delivers structured logging results, including RQD/RMR/Q values and fracture angle and aperture data, and supports near–real-time visualization within ≤2 hours per batch with ≥95% accuracy.
The structured outputs seamlessly connect to mining design software (e.g., direct use of RQD values for stope support design), eliminating repetitive manual rework.
Compared with conventional manual workflows, the solution reduces labor costs by more than 40% and avoids the high licensing fees of existing commercial tools, while ensuring consistent and auditable results for geological decision-making, and has been successfully applied in operating mines.
